Privacy Policy
In short: we collect only what you send us through our forms and booking tool. We use it to reply and to do the work, keep it no longer than we need, and never sell it. You can ask to see, fix or delete it at any time.

What we collect
The quote-request form collects your name, email address and a description of your project. You can optionally provide your organization or website and budget range. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Our website review forms collect your name, email and website. The charity form also asks what kind of organization you are. The business form can also ask what you make or build. The follow-up form asks which CRM you use and where follow-up slips. We use this only to reply to you.
The submission includes the form language and the source and campaign tags associated with your visit, when available. These tags are kept in your browser’s session storage as you navigate the site and normally clear when the tab closes. Netlify Forms processes the submission so we can assess your project and respond. We also receive any information you choose to send us by email.
Booking a call
You can use the Cal.com calendar embedded on our contact page or open the calendar in a new tab. Loading the calendar connects to Cal.com, which receives technical information needed to display it. Cal.com handles online booking, including your contact details, selected appointment time and information you enter in its booking form. Email quote requests are independent of booking: we do not pass quote-form details to the calendar or its external link.

How we use information
- To reply to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals and arrange meetings.

- To maintain and secure the website and understand how it is used.
- With your consent, to measure advertising activity through Meta Pixel.
Your enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Browser storage and consent choices
The clevr_cookie_consent cookie remembers your choice about optional marketing cookies for up to one year. Session storage keeps source and campaign attribution as you navigate and normally clears when you close the tab. We do not store quote-form contact details to prefill the calendar.
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your marketing-cookie choice. Declining marketing cookies does not prevent you from using the contact form or arranging a call. You can also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
Analytics and Meta Pixel
We load Rybbit by default for cookieless website usage analytics, independently of your marketing-cookie choice. Our hosting service may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the website.
Meta Pixel is installed and loads only after you accept marketing cookies. It records a page view when initialized and a Lead event after you send one of our forms, with marketing consent. Meta may associate these events with its cookies or a Meta account to measure advertising and support audiences. The site’s event code does not explicitly send your contact form fields to Meta.

Service providers and transfers
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Cal.com processes bookings when you use its calendar. Our email service processes correspondence. Rybbit handles cookieless analytics by default, and Meta processes marketing events only when you enable Marketing. These providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada, where different laws may apply.
Our providers process information mainly in the United States. Before transferring information outside Quebec, we assess whether it will be adequately protected.

Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. This applies everywhere we keep your request, including our form tool, inbox, booking tool and CRM. Contracts and invoices are kept for six years after the end of the relevant fiscal year, or longer if legally required. Contact the Privacy Officer with retention questions or deletion requests.
We use access controls and secure connections to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent where applicable. You can request computerized personal information you provided in a structured, commonly used format. You can also request cessation of dissemination or de-indexing in the circumstances provided by law. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. We may verify your identity before responding.
We answer every request or complaint in writing within 30 days. If a privacy incident could seriously harm you, we will tell you and the Commission d’accès à l’information. We do not sell your personal information.
